If he is a part of the baby's life , I feel as if that would only be fair . If he's not then , let him find out in his own .

The courts will notify him usually of a court date since he will have to be served papers.

@rcbaby1, yea but when you file you will have to say who you're filing against. He doesn't have to be on the birth certificate to have rights to his child. He just has to go to the court & ask for a DNA test & he has his rights.
