My son is almost 1 and he eats strictly table food . what are some foods did your 1 year old eat…

I usually cook little chicken bites(popcorn chicken), Mac and cheese or baked French fries for my little one.

I really just give her whatever I eat for breakfast , lunch, and dinner. She loves eggs, bagels, toast, broccoli, black eyed peas, chicken, etc. I just cut her food into bite sized portions. Or if I really don't feel like cooking, I'll give her a lunchable or something.

I gave my daughter everything, as long as it wasnt too spicy or it was too hard to chew like raw carrots

I make my son veggies,potatoe salad, Mac & cheese, chicken, pasta...other things babies can swallow...
