You shouldn't be allowed in there... when they hand you your keys there should be a gas man there x

They wouldn't give my friend her keys to her flat for 17 months after she got it because it had so much work that needed doing they shouldn't of let you have it in that state! X

@holliesinead, @charlotteandharry I know the man on the phone tried to tell me that I didn't a proper front door because the porch door was safe enough.. I said my dad's been a window/door fitter for 35 years an a door with a massive gap at the bottom where you can put your hand under is not safe so I want a new porch door and a proper front door fitted in! Yeah I was given a brand new front door as the person here before was evicted and they forced entry x
