When you are practically a zombie, it makes no sense to be at the hospital. Waylon is getting released Saturday. I've been up here the whole 2 ¹/² weeks hes been here. But im literally trying to fall asleep standing up! What good is it doing me if i cant stay awake for baby Waylon.

and i try to, but im not allowed to fall asleep holding him. and by the time i get him laid down, he wakes back up. i asked my husband if he would come up here and take over for a couple of hours so i could take a nap, but that was a no. hubby has the car so its not like i can leave either. im so tired I feel like i could just sleep for days. god i need sleep

ive tried sleeping in the waiting rooms but the security guards always make me move. and i cant sleep in my sons room cause the nurses almost always threaten to make me leave for 24 hrs

wow that's ridiculous. when my son was in nicu we would come home at 1am go back at 6 am and if we needed a nap we'd lay him down or switch off holding him and go to sleep. they never said anything.

My husband isn't here. He's maybe seen Waylon for 2 hours in the past week so its just me, without a car, without any help, and i just need someone to take over for just a couple of hours. I am drained to the max. I've never tried to fall asleep while standing!
