those of you mommies who have gone to court for child support how was it. what did the judge ask…

If you filed for childsupport than they have to make him pay money if he has not helped or paid any for your son

just follow the directions and be on time. Everything is going to work out. you just have to fill out paperwork and answer questions about both of your income and who spends what on the child.

he's never helped me only one time when my son was a baby he bought papers and gave $ 80 wow

I'm just so nervous idk what to expect... he's from Mexico has no papers, recently got married, drinks, does coke and weed I don't feel safe.... having. visitation rights and more so that his wife threatened to steal my son and send him to Mexico if I was to ever put him on CHILD SUPPORT@danessa93

I will tell you most to almost all of the time court goes in favor of the mother

@mommyof2preciousboys1216, i have a little boy with a man from mexico too he has no papers and lied to me about his identity... he later said he never wanted a baby after our son was born.. not sure if you will get childsupport but still file and go to court.. i have not recieved anything cause he is using someone else's identity

oh wow that's terrible.... well today is the day we will see what happens hopefully all goes well... he denied my son when I was pregnant and requested a DNA not knowing the dumb ass that my son & I had already gone that's why I have to to court today because it was reset cuz of that reason...

but we will see if it were up to me I wouldn't go but Medicaid is the one who put child support not me... hes never supported my son anyway it would matter to me but I'm forced to go because I can be penalized from Medicaid if I don't @danessa93 da

@mommyof2preciousboys1216, cut off contact with him and go to court.. just do the best you can for your boy and don't worry about his dad or anyone that deals with him. same happened with mine he kept saying it wasn't his baby even tho he tattooed our sons name and birthday on his chest... some of these guys are immature dumbasses.. keep your head up and do what you gotta do for yourself and kids

well we don't have any contact... court got reset til Feb. because I told attorney general that I wanted to terminate all rights....and his attorney told him and he started crying saying he didnt want that and his wife got pissed . she was translating because he speaks Spanish. and so we have to back to decide whether he gives me CHILD SUPPORT or I'm just going to tell the judge to sign off his right meaning he is the father but as if he wasnt..... idk in my own way I felt down n out. because I loved him so much and he chose her over his son.... but now he knows that he is the father. he denied my son since he was in my womb. his supposedly called wife wasnt to happy on his decision@danessa93

@mommyof2preciousboys1216, that's good that you are getting stuff taken care of. It hurts when you want to be with someone and have kids with them, but it isn't the end of the world. No one deserves to be put in second place, but i believe god has a reason for meeting people and going through things that hurts your heart. It makes you stronger and helps you grow.
