I vote test! Might end your fear or the earlier you find out the more you can prepare yourself and adjust to the fact your pregnant :)

This happened to me too when my middle was 5 months old and wam bam I was pregnant again. Pregnant two summers in a row it was miserable but it was and is also very fun. Not easy at first but they are the best of friends 1 & 2
