Is this a book that everyone gets or is this just something my doctors office gives?

I thought it was only for anyone associated with the military, I love it! Lots of information

@denise1493, yeah, that's why I got mine. They told me to bring it to all of my appointments.

They gave me that and a pregnancy passport thing that I have to bring with me to every app. But so far that book just always ends up sitting in my purse at my appointments lol

I have 3 different books given to me. I have 4 total but 2 are the same, and I have never got that one.
