I boil brussels sprouts and mashed those up

I make my own I steam veggies or fruit and add breastmilk to the puree

Ohh ok thank you!! I don't have breastmilk so I should a little bit of water? @lovingtheo for my first son I used baby food but with this one I want to do it on my own I just don't know where to start

And yams he loves those.

I guess water works as well I refuse to give my son anything that isn't homemade. So far veggies are a huge hit for us
