I want my sperm donor to sign over his rights so bad. I am considering about askin him but I am afraid he will try and put up a fight. My daughter is a month old already. He hasnt seen or asked about her. I just dont understand. Until I know he is legally out of the picture for good it will keep eating me away. I need to be a voice for my daughter but at the same time I feel like its best I keep ny mouth shut.

Lol okay just checking. And yea I would ask a free attorney (find online or call a court house and ask around) and explain the situation

I'd have the papers printed out that I need to get him to sign. And when then go over to his place after asking him to go over and get him to sign. They like to hear messed up stuff like "you won't need to pay child support" "you won't have to worry about court appearances" etc. Some men give up too easily.

@rainbow-baby, he isnt even on the birth certificate. he made threats when she was first born cuz i didnt tell him when she was born. it was his father that did. im just afraid he will take me to court. but seeing that he hasnt alreadt i feel like he wont period. i just want to know he will never be able to have rights to her or anything. my boyfriend has been her "daddy" since i was 4 months pregnant. he is the one that has bonded with her. he wants to adopt her. its just a mess and overwhelming.

I hope you get it figured out. The ones that like to stir up trouble like what you said, they will say lies to the judge and will get their days. Someone I know lied and got the other person in trouble. Basically if I was you I'd still try to text and call him and ask him if he wants to visit your baby. That way you have proof that you weren't keeping the baby away. The judge will mistake it as that. or they try to Lie that so and so changed their number, I don't know where they live, they have my information but they purposely are keeping them away. I'm guessing because he's not on the birth certificate but you both know it's your baby, all he has to do is a paternity test and take it to court shortly after. Sounds like a mess and I wish you the best

@rainbow-baby, oh it is. I have asked him if he wants to meet her. He said he did. he was suppose to get a hold of me after he got back from military training and see her but guess what he never did. Oh the struggle but i will enjoy her all to myself!
