you can't eat or drink 2 hours before it my doctor said and I get really thirsty all the time and it makes me feel kinda nauseous so I'm scared Im going to throw it up if it's really nasty @sweetness_mom_of2

@sweetness_mom_of2, yeah it did I was depressed for a week and then I sucked it up lol I'm on week 8 of the diet and I am on insulin but it's all worth it for my chunk! lol I'm almost done with it and I swear I'm eating a whole batch of cookies once he's out haha

plus I mean it's curbed a lot of unnecessary weight gain so I don't mind too much just eating eggs everyday is boring
