Im Not sure but I think the folic acid.. I think that's what's in the vitamins that is most important... don't really think there the same as regular adult vitamins but I don't know for sure

There's certain amount of mg's in prenatal vitamins you need that Multi vitamins don't have

I take one a day prenatal vitamin

They also have prenatal gummies I've taken those before too but I can't remember what they are called

my doctor gave me a prescription for Prenatal vitamins and my insurance paid for it and they don't stink as bad as the ones I bought @sharafacon1217

Its also important that it has DHA. Thats something that helps with your babies brain development. ☺️

Don't spend the $, get your doctor write a prescription!
