Can't really do anything for a one month old. Try a humidifier in baby's room to help and suck out nose. My son got sick at that age it's hard to see them like that but no OTC cold meds are approved until later. Unless baby has fever, give tylenol.

Give your baby lots of prayer and go to the doctor and they'll give you medicine for your babies cold
