On my 18th, we were talking as I was doing iowaska (however the fuck you spell that), and you kept me going through the night. You understood everything that I was feeling, only you knew how to put it into words. I often search for the words to say that would bring me back to the ground, and I reread yours because they always did that for me. You reminded me that however unfortunately my emotions were, I was not alone in feeling them. I'm always thinking about you. Subtle experiences and gestures find there way to me throughout life that scream of you, and I can't help but wish I could have done more to help you as you've helped me. i began my 19th year, and it still scorches me to know that you will never do the same. On your 18th birthday, you left this earth, but you left behind such profound wisdom that to this day, have the ability to make my thoughts feels justified, yet completely break my heart.
