I don't think I'm cut out to give birth,I've only been having contractions since 6am and I'm flapping already 😭. I know it's only going to get worse and I'm scared I'm not gonna cope

you'll be able to do it! It's difficult but just remember how worth it it is in the end! plus there's pain relief available if it does get to difficult! Good luck! xx
