I haven't discussed it with my sons father yet but ( I'm not a very religious person. I classify myself as agnostic, don't judge) any way my family, well my grandparents and aunt are religious and want the baby baptized ( as do I) but we are Roman Catholic and his dad is not( I don't even know what he is, but he told me at my brothers funeral he wasn't Catholic) so how do we go about getting him baptized if we are both different religions?

You might be able to get him baptized in a catholic church if you're baptized. Some churches allow one parent to be catholic (meaning received sacraments). If not, you can either take the class they offer or go to a nondenominational church. They will probably do it there with less demands than the Catholic Church
