When should I be worried about my ankles swelling? Just started tonight..

I haven't had any swelling until tonight, so I'm not sure what is normal. I guess I'll elevate them and see how they are in the morning? 🙁

elevate them a little swelling is normal but I'd go to the doctor if to bad

might have been eating to much salt or in your feet a lot
