If you have Medicaid try edgepark.com or the Wic office you might get a better one through the website tho.

Bring your insurance card, something with your address on it & check stubs... but if you are on Medicaid like you are, your already approved for it

I dont have that.. maybe ill have to wait for after baby. @kreese88
