My morning sickness (all day)was so severe my first pregnancy with my son.....this time I only get sick if I wait too long to eat, especially in the morning. Hopefully I'm having a girl this time lord knows I feel it in my heart and we prayed for one but of course if we have a son I would love him the same. I wonder if it's possible to have morning sickness both times and end up with different genders.
