Trying to motivate myself to go running this morning. I love running when it's cold outside. Help me out mamas with some encouraging words! I won't be able to go running later today. #momlife
It'll be back before you know it! It took me about 3-4 months to start back working out after the birth of my son. @bria I've heard good things about the gluten free lifestyle. A lot of people do it when they are expecting as well
Love hiit I miss working out. Trying to get my mojo back. Gonna start cutting out all the gluten for real and get my energy back !! And no problem mama enjoy 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼I'm proud of you !
I love outdoor workouts. I ran outside and then completed an indoor HIIT workout! Thanks for your encouragement!! @bria
Thanks mama! I'm dressed and heading out to run in my backyard @bria
I was gluten free before I got pregnant and then my morning sickness was so bad that all I could eat was bread. My gluten intolerance seemed, more tolerant lol- while pregnant. But now every time I eat something high in gluten I get that feeling again 😕 so I'm trying to go back at it but it's hard cuz my BF ain't with it lmao plus we're Italian so bread and macaroni is like with every meal hahah 😂😂 I joined a gym but the daycare there is sooooo atrocious at night so I have to try to start going in the mornings (never was a morning workout person though) so it's hard to adjust and hard to work in the baby's schedule but I have no sitter. I plan on trying to start working out in the mornings though ... just need that energy 😁😁😁😁
