Well me and my bf both weren't working but they didn't ask for any of his info, being we are not married so I'm still classified as a Single Mom so no they shouldn't even really ask him much

My boyfriend/baby daddy went with me to both of the WIC appointments I've had so far and they haven't asked anything about him at all. The lady actually told me as long as your pregnant they will not deny you for WIC it's not like government assistance where they go by your income. any pregnant or breastfeeding women can get WIC.

Yea, tx is really picky about who they give government stuff too. If your on Medicaid and food stamps you automatically apply, but if you don't have that you have to show your income & prove it and all that good stuff lol
