Once again 2 hours later I gave them 22 oz of urine. I think it's safe to say that I'm hydrated and that my bladder is working right. I hate these pads though. I can't use pads without wings so I'm going the easy route and having my mom buy me some women diapers.
Question: how long after a c-section especially do I use the squirt bottle to wash? I can't remember from Delos.

I delivered vaginally and used it till my periods stopped... it is just to avoid infections.. I was told it is optional and you can stop using it whenever you want...

I used it until I felt comfortable enough to wipe and not painful. It was about 3 weeks for me sine I had a couple stitches but I still liked to use it to soothe.
