Ben had his 18 month checkup today - he is still not saying full words with any intent (he babbles his own language all day long) they suggested speech therapy. Anyone else go through this with their little one?

@harranmommy, thanks! He is clearly understanding everything we say so that doesn't make me as worried - just wish I could get some words 😜

My son just turned 2. He doesn't talk much either. Our pediatrician said not to worry as long as he keeps trying and understands what he is hearing. He is just now starting to put 2 words together. Like yesterday he said" bye bye please." Just keep pointing out everything he sees, he will get it.
