I told my OB and she did lab work and said i have ICP that causes your body to itch, she prescribed me meds. I would definitely recommend for you to talk to your OB.

I was just gonna say stretch marks I think are why I itched so bad. But I'd bring it up to your OB just to be sure it's not something else.
