@twinmommy123, water water water, nuts, avocado, nut butters, raw carrots, snap peas, broccoli, cauliflower, belpepper, celery, not to many fruits but berries, melons, limit the peaches plums, coleslaw, veggie salad, homemade popcorn no butter fresh from kernel, green tea, sparkling water for a treat that's all I can think of at the moment
