Okay I'm worried my son is 5 months and he has this slight cough I check his temperature all day and they been 96.5 and just now 95.8 but he keeps coughing what should I do I gave him baby chest rub

I use the hylands cold and cough and miss relief the liquid for infants in the baby isle at Walgreen's it cleared my son's cough up in a matter of 2 days I was using zarbees cold and cough relief but it wasn't working so I switched it up and it worked wonders my son is 5 months also
