My baby is 3 weeks old
I don't put sucks on him since he is covered most of the time , but when I'm feeding him I uncover him and I see his feet and legs turning purple . Is this because he is cold or why?

@yazdahboss, i never felt i held mine to tight either but if i held up my sons feet above his heart they turned back pink. my doctor told him that it was normal when holding a baby and their feet hang down or are laying or held in a way that blood flow can can change.

They lose their body heat through their feet and heat ,I think he is cold even if covered in a blanket I'm not so warm so I put socks on myself

it's recommended to have socks on them because they lose a lot of their body heat through their feet they also recommend keeping hats on them because they also lose a lot of heat through their head
