Honestly I'm not sure, but just be honest with the judge. Most of the time they side with the Mom unless they see your unfit which obviously you're not

@kreese88, yeah that's what I'm gonna do....and I'm definitely not unfit but knowing him and his nosey bitch wife they'll probably make lies about me.... and another thing they threatened me in the past saying if I took him to child support that they were going to steal him and send him to mexico
