Make sure to put it on their feet only if you do. I read an article that a mom put Vicks on her baby's chest and under their nose and the baby ended up dying because in adults Vicks breaks up the mucus but in babies it does the opposite and actually makes mucus production worse. The baby supposedly ended up with so much mucus build up that it suffocated.

I don't think there's much you can give them. but you can use baby vics on their feet and put socks on them. it helps alot with coughs and congestion
