fda issued a warning last year not to us oral gels or liquids for babys they can cause lack of oxygen in the babys blood and lead to death. i wouldnt recommend amber necklaces either because there a choking hazzard. and be careful what natural remedies like the pumpkin butt oil has clove and peppermint oil which can be toxic to babys. try freezing a washcloth abd letting them teeth on it or frozen banana if they are old enough for solid foods
