I really feel like I need to crack my back the pain is unbearable and no position helps or relieves the pain anymore and ive had cramps since yesterday 😒 I just wanna crack ittt. 😓

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
What is happening!!! I just need some blistex lol. Can’t get it anywhere so I checked ebay and people are bidding ridiculous amounts of money for it!! I have a crack in the middle so everytime I open my mouth or yawn it re cracks it and it’s bloody painful!! X
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
