i had same problem.
Last night I had sharp pains and cramp on my lower tummy and back but it only accures when my baby moving and she's very low.

my baby has always been super high up but within the last week or so she's def been dropping so I'm thinking it's just movements... hopefully @mommyofavaka

Might be..i notice when my daughter dropped I became more sore and i thinks it becoz she's moving. I'm 40.5wks and I'm scared I'm going to accidentally ignore labor coz I can handle so much level of pain before thinking something is abnormal. @mdomke22
