parts of Tampa bay are nice. others there is a lot of crime. we live on the air force Base but I would suggest looking around Brandon, Riverview, carrollwood, fishhawk

yea we are looking at the riverview area, we were just there last week and seen some nice homes, on of the realtors told us that the schools there aren't the best but they aren't the worst either... that did not sound good to me at all. I'll definitely take a look at Carrollwood and fish hawk though @owenjacesmama
