How soon after delivering your baby did you start wearing tampons?

I waited till my second period but honestly it was hard because they kept falling out! 😳😳 so I Def suggest doing your kegals

I didn't for about six months but I have heavy periods so it's a waste of time anyway

I wore them earlier than I should have at 3.5/4 weeks. Luckily I didn't have any problems.

I am almost 2 weeks post partum, and these pads are working my nerves so bad. I was honestly thinking of grabbing some from the store and trying it out. @jacesterlingsmommy @beebaby @mdomke22

It isn't a good idea. it can cause infection possibly if you do and probably won't be comfortable. I know the pads suck but you gotta let it heal
