GD test tomorrow what can I expect please ladies?

@squish86, I don't know if it is slightly different in different areas but when I had mine I had a blood test and then had to drink a really sugary drink then wait in the waiting room for 2 hours!! Then had another blood test xx

@laura16 thanks, dreading it as hospital always struggles getting blood from me xx

@la yeah that what iv been told is going to happen but i am also having growth scan on same day do they give u the drink??

@squish86, I was the same. You will be fine..the blood test is the easy part, we have to give birth yet! lol xx

@squish86, oh no. well even so if you can do that you can have a blood test xx

@cody, they supplied the drink at my hospital, alternatively you can take lucozade with you but has to be the original one and they will measure out how much you have to drink xx
