No it's pretty much what goes in must come out. I'd be more worried if they didn't poop after ea feeding. Lol.

From what I remember it depends on babies age, but what goes in typically comes out pretty quick. Poop is not typically an allergic reaction. Redness, swelling, hives are typically allergic responses. Sounds normal to me
