My app is telling me to go to the hospital but the hospital saying other wise 😡

5-1-1 contractions every 5 minutes, lasting 1 minute, for 1 hour is a good general rule of thumb

If your contractions are 5 minutes apart lasting for 1 min & constant for 1 hour you need to go!!

It's because you've had multiple contractions. Hospitals usually tell you to wait until your contractions are about a minute long.
