I have to start supplementing Marley with formula now and I want to cry 😭 I wanted to strictly breastfeed, but with me back at work I'm not pumping as much as she eats now. I know I shouldn't feel like a bad mom but I do. And I don't want to be criticized for giving formula by people like a lot of moms do 😔

It is wonderful your baby got breastfed at all! And formula is good for the baby too! My mom strictly formula fed me and I think shes the greatest mom in the world! As long as your baby is fed, that's all that matters. Be proud of what you accomplished with breastfeeding but don't feel bad about having to supplement. I've been doing straight formula the whole time and my baby is doing wonderful! ❤️❤️

i felt the same way when my daughter stopped latching at 2 weeks old. shes been on formula since then and shes absolutely thriving. as long as the baby is fed thats all that should matter. dont worry about what other people say. you're doing great mama

I agree with @katielee5897 and @sk216 ! My plan was to strictly breastfeed my son but my milk supply started getting low and I ended up giving him nothing but formula and he's doing amazing! You're a great mom so don't beat yourself up! ❤
