We looked at a house yesterday and I love it, just hope the owner will accept rent to own, my boyfriend knows him. I fell Inlove, it's the place I want to raise my family. Four bed, two bath, 2 car garage, basement with two unfinished rooms, big porch and pool on back. I didn't know it was my dream house until I saw it, fingers crossed we can get it.

My rent would be 1410 per the contract does the math add up to 1692 month to month? It says 120% of rent . The office isn’t answering my calls or emails once I said I want to give my 60 days as of 11/12. Sorry if it’s too small

Gm ladies. I need some advice. I'm 5 months pregnant. I'm currently living with my aunt. She only charges me $400 a month. After speaking with her yesterday, she thinks it's a good idea that I continue to stay with her until I have my baby. My boyfriend, however, wants to get our own space. He lives with his younger brother. We have been saving up to get an apt or rent a house. My aunt says that we should buy a house if I decide to move out. I know that my aunt will be a big help with the baby. This is my first child. But I do want to share this experience with my bf. What would you do??? Why??
