Okay mommy's. what are signs of labor besides the contractions and water breakin? I feel terrible. I hurt alot in my belly as well

I was 5 cm for a week before my water broke dilation means nothing besides your body is making progress

I hope I'm near. I know I'm dilated to at least a 1 and 70% effaced but I feel so bad. I think I have a cold or strep not sure which. @mcrowell0970
