Plus if ur doing every other day it's not such a stress to do it like every day. I'd start once ur period ends until when ur period next begins or at least a few days after u ovulate every other day to every 2 days.
@lillyb, ok thank you yes because we work alot and have a toddler so everyday is out of the question lol he wouldn't mind but i cant with getting up at 5am almost everyday for work

When I was trying to have a baby, we had it twice a day, almost everyday, even when I wasn't fertile. We got pregnant in less than 5 months

I do every other day since sperm lives at least 48 hrs.
