That does suck! I'm so sorry! My mother in law lives 30 mins from us and complains about how "far" we live. 🙄 My sister lives in another state and I see her more often 😍. I hope you get to see your family over the upcoming holidays ❤️

Thank you. Does your mother in law still visit? 30 mins is not bad to see your grandchild. If my parents lived 30 mins away they'd still be here everyday. Good for your sister! In-laws. Thank you! We aren't doing Christmas presents this year, I said let's just split the cost of plane tickets so they can be here on my youngest 1st birthday.

Its usually how it goes.

My MIL lives 15 min away and complains that they never see us or the baby when she works IN THE TOWN WE LIVE IN and only works until 12. My parents live about 2 hours away and always make time to see us or will set a three day weekend every other week for us to see them so they can babysit.

@hiswifetheirmama, that's awful. I'm sorry you have to go through this crap too. 😞

@heyycodyyy, what the heck, makes you wonder what's wrong with them. To me it just seems like selfishness. Think about the kids. They're innocent. Why act like it's a burden to see them.

Exactly, and when we plan to see them and the day arrives, my MIL always cancels on us to see my SIL or BIL (both have 1 kid but my BIL's son might not be his, still waiting on results). It makes me so mad because you can't complain about it and then when we make plans, you cancel and then it starts all over
