lol OK. I need to rant about my POS boss at work..... so apparently I NEED to get a doctor's note about my physical limitations. this is all because I sent her an email saying I couldn't take a client to an appointment tonight because it would include me LIFTING a wheelchair in and out of our work van. it's not a handicap accessible can because all of our clients can walk. he only uses the wheelchair because he had hip surgery... so it's not permanent. and he likes to challenge and resist ppl because of his behaviors. he is taller then me so everyone knows I don't work with him at 8 months pregnant by myself. except my boss. apparently I need a note for this 😐😐😐😐 I seriously wanted to slap some common sense into her. like OK I'm going to lift a god dam wheelchair in and out this van 8 months prego. SMH if it ain't about her then she could give a rat's ass.... OK I'm done 😡 just had to have a bitch fit quick.

Omg you work at a group home? I work as a Behaviorist at a day program with the Same population (who later goes home to a residential group home). I'm just so happy to finally speak with a mom on here who deals with the same stuff I do at work. Shit is not easy at all and it's more worrisome and stressful now that I'm preggers. I can't believe your boss. I feel like you need to complain higher up because that's an issue if your boss basically isn't recognizing your pregnancy. I understand the behavior part because we can't avoid that too much but for her to want you to push the damn wheelchair. That's just ridiculous. Is she the house manager? You can def complain over her if so.

girl my manager is a piece of WORK! me and the other shift manager have gone higher up to Complain about other things she's NOT doing in this house. nothing has yet been done about it. she's the worst boss I've ever dealt with. she is the program coordinator of the house. so basically runs it all together. @avie @jujukiss girl I ain't coming back after my maternity leave. I found an assisted living place I can get paid way more plus I can get day hours. I'm OUT of there. it's a shame too because I've worked at this place for 3 yrs I love my residents very much. but my manager literally only cares about herself. favors other staff. man I'm just over it. yesterday was the icing on the cake for me 😳😟😕

Girl don't be letting her push you around. If something happens to you she can get in some serious trouble. You shouldn't need a note but if itll shut her ass up

yes I'm getting the note just to shut her stupid ass up. I'm bout to milk this note too. since she wanna do extra I'm going to give her extra! plus I'm leaving after my maternity leave then she's really going to be salty! @firstbaby_girl
