She constantly does this..she will drop him off and not even call to check on him and then when my husband and I ask her if she can come get him because we can't get him from school due to our work schedules she says "no im not getting him you need to figure it out" smh. And when she finally ever does come get him she only keeps him for a like 4 days when she is too tired to deal with him I'm just over it. My husband don't want to rock the boat but this shit is about to be rocked I can't afford this and almost losing my job over it @beautytorrey

Honey I know the feeling dealing with that right now with my husband three kids cps removed them last Monday from her. And we tried to be nice and come up with a visitation she wants no weekend and said the best she can do is call the days she can see them. But then wants us to come to drop them off to her because bc her boyfriend who don't work nor does she always has her car. She gets state benefits for them 630 worth of food stamps and only offered to give us 150.00 bc she sales the rest to pay for them hotel she lives in then had the nerve to ask us not to stop the benefits bc she won't be able to get her Medicaid bc she got caught in TANF fraud. And hasn't called her kids since we had them. So I know what your going through

@nwhite0823, it's so frustrating. I wish we had custody and she just freaking pay child support. We did the cps thing but they couldn't prove she was unfit even though she had a felon living in her house and tried to kill her in front of my stepson smh...and my husband is such a pussy he doesn't think they will give him custody even though he will because she isn't following the original court order

@wisky80wifey, girl my husband got that way after fright for his kids for three year and thousands of dollars later. This is the third time we have had them outside of the regular court order and the first two times the judge pretty much told him it's his obligation to help her.
