ladies is this BBT normal looking? I started looking at some online and now it's got me all worried.…

I tried temping and after a month I realized it was just screwing up my whole ttc. So the following month when I didn't do it anymore we got pregbant

@courtt, I can usually remember cept for like 6-7 days out of the whole month. I just put my thermometer on top of my phone when I go to bed lol @twinpeanut at least I'm not thr only one lol I wonder if how warm/cool ur room is when u sleep effects it cuz when I do my weknd job and sleep there the room is very cold, colder then my room at home and it seems my Temps tend to drop a bit those mornings. I'm gonna make a graph of it on paper so I can see it better.

when i did them i also worked overnight so when i was off. ugh it was a mess. lol no its difficult crap

I kept mine under my pillow for every morning. I relied on the temp to much for ttc. Everyone finds ease differently mine was ovulation tests everyday starting at day 10 in my cycle because mine are regular and always the same. Worked so good

@twinpeanut, I work swing shifts sometimes. like this week and next I do 2 awake 12 hrs nights and then go back to days. So that's probably messes with it. @courtt I don't rely on it. For the first month I used ovulation strips 5 days after my period until I got a positive then a week before I got the last postive. With the BBT I found excatly when I ovulated and can usually predict it pretty well and my app is pretty on dot now as well.

@ I read that having Temps all ovr thr place like that probably means I have a hormone problem or deficiency so it has me concerned but looking at my app it's zoomed in a lot so maybe it's not as bad as it looks? gonna chart it on paper and look at it then.

my RE was saying that alot of night nurses have trouble conceiving. i started treatment after going to days/evenings

I hated bulk strips. I used first response ovulation tests. And pinpointed my ovulation every month. But moment I'd get a positive I'd have sex and the next two days. Bam pregnant :) your temps aren't always suppose to be the same. Yours look normal and can very well pinpoint when it spikes and dips from ovulation. Nothing to worry about

@twinpeanut, I got a transfer and was told I wouldn't have to do any nights after the first couple when I transfered. I was like good. now I'm back doing some again and I'm trying to get out of them but can't really tell them why I don't want to work cuz I've read that night shift or swing shift makes it harder to conceive. I've been trying to sleep in as much as I can the day before (even go to bed a little later then usual) and sleep as much as I can the day after to try and find a balance. Sometimes I feel like the world is fighting against me in this lol. my old place had me working nights awake with no warning. when I finally got off of them I would work 24hr shifts and sleep from 10-6 but I nvr slept well and I was on a sofa plus I usually couldnt fall asleep until after midnight so I'm sure that wasn't much better. So I transferred and it lasted good for a month and now this.

@courtt, Thank you that makes me feel so much better lol. We have to use a donor and I usually start trying every other day from a week before ovulation until the day or two after. Sometimes it's 2 days between. This month the donor left to go visit his family for thanksgiving so I only got to do up to the day before I ovulated so fingers crossed it's enough ♡

ya, i did 12 hour nights. i loved it but it was rough sometimes

@twinpeanut, mine are boring cuz the guys sleep and u have nothing to do but a little paper work and cleaning until the last 3hrs of ur shift when it's time to get them up and rdy and meds. I liked it to a point cuz it was an easy shift and an easy 12 hrs but I have problems sleeping during the day and then me and my husband nvr see each other and he gets cranky lol I'd rather do my 12 hrs days but I hardly get them anymore either.
