I've moved to different states a few time. I always go to my doctor and ask for a copy of my medical records and their fax number before I leave to the new state. That way when I find a new doctor I have everything they need before hand. Saves a lot of time and waiting in the long run.

Yeah I'm new at this 😂 still learning how to be an adult. I thought they would be able to get it but I guess not. Now I know better
