the best way i can describe it is it feels like ure pushing ur stomach out as far as it can go while holding ur breath. and when ure ready to push ull feel like u have to poop
mine felt like period cramps just 100 times worse and then when she was getting closer I was yelling at the nurses I had to poop which is how it is supposed to feel I guess. I was embarrassed cuz I kept repeating that I really had to poop :-/ lol

The pain is about a 15 out of 10. For me anyways it was. I felt like I had just a tone of pressure in my butt and vagina.

Well I had really bad back labor so it felt like sharp stabbing pains in my lower back.
