second day in a row I can't keep anything down and it sucks cuz I'm well into my second trimester! any tips on what I can make that will help make me feel better

Can some one please tell me i was reading the pregnancy tracker it says second week you release a egg am i reading this wright in thats were sperm in egg meet!!!
My 5 year old brother just got circumcised due to all the infections he kept on getting & seeing him in so much pain not being able to walk makes me glad I got my son circumcised as a newborn & planning on doing the same with my second baby.
