3cm dialated. yesterday at 4pm my midwife checked my contractions were an hour apart. my midwife massaged mtmy cervix to get things going then my contractions became irregular i showered went took a benadryl went to bed and had contractions all night the benadryl had me so drowsy i couldn't count them when they woke me up. Hopefully something happens today
