Hard to tell. Maybe you're not really showing yet, which I didn't really show until sometimes in my mid 20 weeks. This was my fourth, also baby is still pretty low, it has just rose out of the pubic bone lol. However since your babies are pretty close, your uterus will get bigger faster though. Happened with my two middle out of my four. They're 10 1/2 months apart and I showed early, mostly because I didn't give myself time to heal really. Lol. But also lower you can see a little bump, or at least I can.

@ssdj4, that's what I thought to but then I thought it was odd because with my first pregnancy is was low all through my pregnancy.
