Did you take meds that caused it.

Oh wow I've never had that when I've had a cold. But I also stay away from all medicines i live off of honey and tea and humidifiers

@rodriguez13, no I didn't take any cause I feared it would lower my supply but ended up drying up anyways i have milk stored in my freezer enough for about a month but that's about it

I never knew that could happen from a cold 😱 and do you have any at all. Do power pumping so it can get build back up.

That's awesome that you have enough saved for a month especially since you are Exclusively pumping

@rodriguez13, I will try what ever to get it back. And yes when she was first born I had a over supply so I stored every drop

@amaperalta03, that sucks. I got sick twice since Ethan was born n I continued breastfeeding and he never got sick n my supply remained the same. Maybe try taking whatever there is to up your supply. Know how important it is to you to breastfeed her.

@nurseriri, yes I agree it's important. I will do what ever to continue to give her breast milk. I have enough milk stored for a month so that gives me some time to try to get it back Cause I know it's possible. I can't and won't give up easily
